How do I place an international order?
Send us the products and quantities you need, plus your destination country, via WhatsApp or email. We reply with a quote including unit pricing, lead time, invoicing and shipping options. The online cart and checkout on this site are intended for customers in Türkiye.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Each product shows a minimum order quantity (MOQ) on its page. For export and wholesale orders we usually consolidate items into a single shipment; we confirm the workable minimums when we send your quote.
Do you provide a commercial invoice for customs?
Yes. Export orders are shipped with a proper commercial invoice and the documentation your country requires for customs clearance.
Which payment methods do you accept for export?
International orders are typically settled by bank transfer. We confirm the exact payment terms and bank details on your quote before shipping.
How are orders shipped and how long does it take?
We ship from İstanbul, Türkiye via courier or freight depending on volume and destination. Lead time depends on stock and your country; we provide an estimate with your quote.
